Cumberland Healthcare, Inc. is owned by a group of healthcare providers, consisting of Baptist Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospital London, and the Cumberland Valley Physician Organization, LLC, who joined together in 1997 to form a Preferred Provider Network in order to provide high quality healthcare, in a cost-effective manner to the people and employers of Southeastern and Central Kentucky.
